The implementation of papiNet-standards is ment to standardize and rationalize the business communication among the above mentioned partner companies. The implementation was realized step by step. Firstly orders and delivery schedules were implemented. Afterwards invoices, credit notes and price lists followed.
Target of the paper industry and respectively the papiNet consortium is the implementation of the papiNet standards for all business communication processes along the supply chain - starting with wood suppliers and paper industry, ending with publishers and consumer goods industry - in order to ease processes.
